For any order placed online, you have 14 calendar days to return one or more items: your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items.

1 — PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE:

Place the items to be returned in their original packaging. For new products, they must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed!

2 — CONTACT US:

Depending on the volume and weight of the product, we will send you a return label or arrange for a courier to collect it from your home.

3 — SENDING YOUR RETURN:

If your product can be returned to us by La Poste or Mondial Relay, don't forget to keep your proof of return!

Remember to keep your proof of return until the return is complete!
